Doctor disputed Website Design charge. Please let me know status.

“Comment out” all videos from site. Replace with before and after images. See me for any clarification.

Thinks content is negative and would like it to be changed to something more inviting. So I will proof read the content for grammatical errors and negative statements.

Client thinks the videos are too graphic, asked if wanted to switch to media med videos. He also stated “It seems that this is taking quite a bit of time since this is not the approach I expected from your company.” to which I apologized on behalf of the company and said it’s out of our standards and will make myself available to him for anything he may need.

1. Home page, FAMILY DENTISTRY button, it is being linked to “Cosmetic Dentistry”. Keep linking but update the text to say “cosmetic dentistry”. (dr wasn’t happy we didn’t review this)
2. remove the very last sentence on the cosmetic dentistry page regarding the dental implant: smileessentialsdental.com – this does not apply with cosmetic dentistry

3. most of our content is written for SEO purpose so he didn’t like how some keywords are written based on his location. I am making you aware of this only, because i will manually review and remove them myself for the dr.

please let him know when this is done prior to launching. he will give the consent when ready.

Hi Dr. Mei,

I’ve been working on this new design that embodies the same elements we discussed but put a different spin on things. I feel like this style is more appealing to a broader market of people and will help enhance your marketing efforts in overall appeal. I know it’s less traditional in style but overall style is feminine as we discussed.

Also, note that the video there is just a placeholder for now until we have your real interview video. I look forward to your feedback on Wednesday.

I made the changes we discussed over the phone. I applied the wallpaper print throughout the design just like how you like it. I added the Detroit city background and we will keep this glamorous Arabic model unless you find something else you like in bigstock.com. Please keep in mind that this is a concept and later once the website is developed the image of the person will be rotating different people.

Please focus on the overall design, colors and layout and let me know if you’d like any other changes.

Dr returned my call. Dr interested in SEO, Adwords & possibly makeover. Explained to him how Adword works and how cost effective it was. Dr wants to target certain zip codes cause his area is very diversed so doing mile radius may not be a good idea. Dr also stated he was open to changing his design if it helps with SEO which I confirmed with him that it is a huge optimization boost. discussed other SEO things such as Social Media & reviews. Dr didn’t know how Social relates which I help explained in details on getting good referrals. Gave him some pointers on his site that would help with conversion once adword campaign starts. Dr is extremely interested and seem to really agree with the tips i had told him. Dr asked to send him a proposal for Website Makeover and then Adword as a secondary. Sent packet proposal. hot lead very nice.
