“Hi Desirea,

Thanks for getting back to me.. Lets put a stop to it. I’m looking for someone to do a website with out me getting involved as far as images and contents. Making a website is an art and I’m looking for someone to do that for me. I was hoping that your company being in the medical field can come up with an original and unique website. The structure is fine however the design and image part it is not what I like to have. I can not being doing everything or calling and changing everything. I’m not sure what I want is even possible anymore. If I have to do the images and contents then that will take a lot of my time. Yes, I think you can do all that but from the images that I see already not too happy. For example I send images of my office and we could of use it very easily for the bottom of the homepage and we didn’t. Of course we can go back and forth and change things but as you know I have to make an appointment ahead of time and talk to you and I’m busy with work and makes it very difficult for me to get it done. Anyway, I’m not blaming anyone but I don’t think your company would work for me..

Dr. Fouladian will work with the 5 articles we had written for him and send me the edited versions to add to the website.

called the dr due to an issue desirae had which is dr’s frustration with the images and content. Dr told desirae that we don’t know much about optometry and he is particular with what he wants. Desirae gave dr link to shutterstock to pick what he wants but dr didn’t find what he wants and it is not specific to him. He gave Desirae a site to grab the photos which was again policy. Dr thought best thing to do is to come to the office.

I called and spoke to him clarifying all of these issues but dr was adamant about coming in cause he wants to finish the project and its best he sits down and go over things. He offered to take the time out of his busy schedule to do this. For images, he told me he is using their products and he can get a release form which i told him we will need emailed so we have it in writing before placing. This was to protect him which he understood.

Talked to Dr f about the situation and he was ok with having client coming in.

– Dr has has many bad experiences with different companies, it was tough for dr to go with us but gave dr my word he will have a good experience. He was promised a lot and communication was poor with the previous ones.

– send initial emial intro – Gave dr link to fill out preliminary design questionnaire. Asked him to put day/time request for interview.

– current site wa built off-shore in India and had told me that site has had virus and issues in the pass that is intermittent.
– Dr has 2 locations – owns his domain.

– Dr wants to integrate PT VIDEOS for EYE which he will look into and have it integrated on to his site in the future. – he had mentioned he liked our design because of our taste in image selection. Dr may want to choose the image but I believe for now, he trusts our taste. Just find out his preference based on the interview.

Send other content to him to review so he can rewrite. Dr wants to work on the conten while site is being design to expedite.

Dr looking to possibly get a website redeveloped. Very nice, has a funny character.

Interested in SEO, currently doing PPC. Dr stated he’s been screwed before in the past with SEO but still interested. Told him again how SEO works and what we do which we do not guarantee especially his competitive market. Told him what’s important is the Website since he is doing ppc that is driving traffic. With our sites, we can get him higher visitor conversion which I expressed confidence over what he has now online.

Told dr if he’s interested, we have the 360Plan which is $500/m instead of $78/m for Gold. Dr didn’t want to pay the high $7,500 initial for the plan.

Quoted Dr. $25/hr for SEO recommended at least 20 hours per month. Also quoted $150 per custom articles upon request for SEO as well.

Dr asked to see some newer designs which he was not too impressed with the optometry gallery. Will send dr current concepts of opto clients along with a new sit we’ve launced www.modeye.com that is not in gallery.

Dr was also interested in educational videos, referred dr to swarminteractive. Was not too impressed. Told him he can research on his own and subscribe which we can add anytime.

Dr gave me his cell to text himmy direct line cause he had to go see a patient.
