Made the website live but waiting for the dns to change.

Under the services Tab, please clean it up and make it look better:

1) Prevention, Fillings, etc all main categories in the blue color used on home page in a nice eye font, then all subcategories can be in black
2)Under dentures, it should be Complete denture, partial denture(Valplast, no metal), and then Partial Denture, Fixed Denture with Implants .. Please removedenure rpd class 1 etc and everthing underneath it for dentures
3)Sealants, nightguard and sportguard do not nee to be underlined

Attached are the updated drafts with changes you’ve requested. I have one question regarding the patient reviews button however. You mentioned to keep the format the same, as the other buttons, but the text you requested previously had more to it. I’ve included one draft with button moved to far right and one that has the photo format of the other buttons. I’ve also included the stars to make it stand out a bit from the rest of the buttons.

As far as the flash, yes, you may decide at a later time, however once it has been decided it would be final. I’ve also attached the updated version without the text overlapping the logo. Please let me know what you think, thank you.

For example, if you have a promotion that you’re willing to offer new patients and/or you’d like to showcase the entertainment provided to patients, that would be a good start.

If you have not decided on what you’d like to say, I would suggest to hold off on it until you’re ready. Also, it helps once the website is ready for you to review to see what else is missing, maybe we can include that piece of information into the video. Dr. Patel had a lot of questions on what is going into his site and did not know much, but wanted to know.

1. SEO Ranking – Explained that we will redirect your previous web pages to the new URLs. Potentially during initial stage of transition there might be a difference in ranking but it should go back to normal.

2. Approval – Didn’t know what area is what, doesn’t understand why he can’t change items. Mentioned that text changes are unlimited and available to him 24/7. Areas allocated for elements (ie menu bar, side bar, footer) will be limited to that amount of space. He can change the text within in but not add as it woud require recoding. Specifically asked if he could changed the footer text within the boxes, said yes.

3. Thinks that we are able to make changes for him all the time. Advised him to submit tickets and changes take 2-3 business days depending on the length of changes.

4. Site Completion: would like for it to be done by end of Feburary. Mentioned that development may be done but customization of content might not, depending on what he requests. Suggested to go live as soon as possible to start ranking.

Overall, client has a lot of questions but doesn’t like to listen to answers and moves onto another question.

I’ve submitted an updated draft with corrections to:

1) “why choose us” based on your email
2) changed associations to green – previously, I mentioned that they were adjusted to grey as the green broke the flow of the design. However, I adjusted them back to green.

Also, in the previous post, I’ve also mentioned that once the site goes into development, you may still change content. This includes any pages. Again, you’ll have the website editor 24/7. I also mentioned that if you would like more tabs, you may add/remove them as you wish, this also applies for after development.

Please let me know what else you’d like answered prior to development or if you’d like to move forward. I think at this point, the changes you’d like are minor in terms of design, therefore we can move forward. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.

I’ve made a few adjustments based on your previous email. Here are the changes made:

– extended the blue navigation bar across the screen: if you would like to add more tabs, the space will not look as crowded. However, the width of the navigation is it’s widest at this point. If you would like to add additional items, you would have to eliminate/shorten others. But yes, you may add/remove as you wish.
– added associations, zoom and invisalign logos to the footer of the site. I adjusted the colors to be light grey to flow well with the rest of the area.

I’ve attached the Word document with the tabs that you listed. I have marked the pages we currently have with an [x]. Some of the pages contains multiple subjects, some do not. What I suggest is for you to let me put together the pages we have, and then we can get additional content written up if needed.

Once the site goes into development, you may still change the content at any time. You will have the online editor 24/7 with access to all of your pages to make changes as you wish. You may also add and remove pages as well. Please let me know if you confirm to go into development.

Dr called me back. Very nice. Has good ranking “Des Plaines Dentist” (#5 organically), no G+. Dr wants to make sure we will preserve the 6 years, assured him of that. Spent over 1.5 hours on the phone. Shopping around. Went over a lot with the dr, explaining SEO, G+ & Adwords search. Dr trusts a lot of what i said cause i kept things transparent. Comparing us with TNT, haven’t called but assured him we are competitive with anyone.
