Spoke to Hannah, extremely nice. Was inquiring for the dr to see if they can simply have hosting but no maintanence cause she will be taking over. Told her we can’t cause it comes with hosting/maintenance. She will be rebranding for them and stated that dr thomas loves workign with us but due to the limiations of the editor, she can’t help with the rebranding. Solution at this point is to send her the files, she will get things situated and let us know when to cancel.

She may want us to host the site in the future once it is all done because Dr thomas enjoyed working with us.

Catherine, can you login to their Godaddy Acct after you initiate the transfer to accept it.

The info is below.

They’re doing this because on the WHOIS shows “Sean F” and they want it to show their practice info. She simply doesn’t understand how it works which I have tried explaining so I had them do this instead. Originally told her to give me GoDaddy Acct info so we can initiate but she gave us the entire info which would be easier instead of going back/forth. Anyhow, please initiate on our end and accept on their end. Please make sure all the records stays the same pointing to us.

Spoke llona, she is very confused with the domain registrar because she is trying to access her domain but GoDaddy won’t allow it cause it shows a “sean f”. she said Godaddy won’t get her access to her GoDaddy acct because she forgot password.

I had explained to her that we can transfer it to her GoDaddy acct which is not a problem. She went on about why her domain is under SEAN F when it is their “intellectual property”. I told her the reason why GoDaddy didn’t give her access is because they thought she wants access to our GoDaddy acct not hers. She just didn’t understand and was blocking out what i said. I told her the issue here is she forgot her Godaddy info and assume that the domain is in her acct already.

Told her best solution is to just create a new GoDaddy acct, give me the info and we’ll initiate a transfer over to her GoDaddy acct. Told her she will need to accept it. Waiting on her to email me the info to initiate.

Ilona (bought the practice July 22 from Michael Buschlen) had some domain questions. She may feel more comfortable being the registrar and hosting with us. Please call 614-880-9101 or 614-517-9970 (cell).

Client called stating that the site is down

I click the “edit web site” icon and all that happens is I am redirected to a blank page. Refreshing does not help.

1. Log into your Control Panel and click the gray circle ‘edit your website’

2. On the left, click Pt Education and select the post you would like to edit (in this case it is Ultherapy)

3. Right below the title, there is a button that says ‘Add Media’

4. Select the tab that says Upload and click select which you will locate the file then upload it.

5. Once the file as uploaded, the image will have a check mark on the right corner of the image (which means it is selected).

*Note: if selecting multiple files, hold Crtl and click each one with your mouse. To remove one of the group, click the check and it will turn into a minus sign.

6. Then select Insert into post on the bottom right in a blue button.

7. The images should be shown in the area where the content is and you can rearrange them to where you would like them to

I have attempted three times to upload a PDF file of before and after photos for the Ultherapy page. I have not had success in uploading the file. Can you help me get these photos to the page?

-The pages are already created in WP, you just need to add the content. Its all listed on the home page.
-Format the heading titles/Did you know…, use other pt. edu pages as a reference
-Do a search and replace for the [city] and [practice name] brackets.
