We are wanting to update the staff section on our website with pictures and mini bio’s for each Employee. I’ve attached a word document that matches up each picture with the Bio it belongs to. The pictures do not need to be nearly as large as the ones I am sending but I wanted you to have a good image.

Email past due $78 for web.

For now can you change the main image on the mobile site to the picture of the building instead of the hallway. Also can you change the Meet Dr Stegelvik and Nguyen to ‘Meet the Doctors’. lastly, I think we may need to reduce the font size a little on the doctors page for the names, it’s too big right now and it’s overlapping. Anyways, if you can change those things for now I think we should be good. Thanks

on the Team Section Tab, can you increase the Size on the names of Dr. Tim Stegelvik DDS and Dr. Don Nguyen DDS, and on Dr. Stegelviks profile can you fix the Tim Stegelvik has provided comprehensive and move the provided up next to the has.

had a meeting with Carolyn (dr’s wife) and Dr. Stigelvik at their office. showed them spyfu of their competitors. wants to get new patients and hasn’t done any real marketing just direct mail. Gave her tutorial of how Adword works and the realistic expectation of 3-4 new patients for every $1,000 spent. Could be more as well. Talked for over an hour and decided to allocate $3,000/m into the campaign. Will also be doing direct mailers too with YP and also do ad with Yelp. Told her to track the new patient and production of each patient to monitor the ROI. Explained its not all about the new patient but hte production cause you may get less new patient 1 month but higher production. she understood.

Right now the site looks perfect in Chrome and older versions of IE, but in IE 11 it doesn’t display properly even in compatibility mode (banner full width but text not centered) and in Microsoft Edge (windows 10) it shows the home banner with a blank left side and changing photos in the right.

Two things I was wondering if we could still alter on the site. For the Slide Show, I still see the old painting photo under the new superimposed photos, especially around the lower border where it says dental excellence so can you remove the old “painting” office image. Also for the order of the photos, when we load the website, can we make the outside building with the sign MacArthur Dental Arts as the first image, i like the image alot and I want that to headline the website. The order of the photos I was looking to do was. 1. The Outside Photo of the Building 2. the Waiting Room with the Couch 3. the hallway with the bookcases 4. the picture with the flower and the two operatories in the background 5. the picture of the operatory unit and the dental chair. I ordered the pictures from 1 to 5 when I sent you the photos. The Icons on the bottom of the page look great too, was there any room there to put Orange County Dental Society icon, if so after CDA and before UCSF would be cool. Can we also add that whole line of Icons to the Team Page under the area with the staff as well?

Lastly, I talked to Danny and he said this could be fixed but when patients type in costamesadentalarts.com it goes to the macarthur page but the costa mesa is still in the URL line, can we change that so it completely forwards it to the macarthur URL. Danny also mentioned the links to to the social media at the bottom of the page weren’t working. here they are

Please do a find and replace for “Costa Mesa” with “Irvine” and also anywhere that has “costa mesa dental arts” to “MacArthur Dental Arts”. They have changed their practice name and location, on Google search, it is showing up old information. See attached print screen.

Attached are the photos I have taken of the office to place on the homepage of the website where our background art photo is. I have numbered the photos in the order from 1 to 5, going from left to right, to have shown on the slideshow, 1 being of the MacArthur building and 5 being the operatory room.

I also have credentialing logos i found on the internet that I was wondering if we could put under the mission statement on the homepage, going in order from left to right (ADA, CDA, UCSF, USC, OCDS, Invisalign, ZOOM!)

Can we also reduce the font size a little since it looks somewhat big (maybe we can change the all Caps to maybe Sentence format?)

Below the statement can we remove the whole section with Community Events, Referred patients, Meet our Doctors, and Office renovation (maybe we can add again later but for now this might be too much clutter)

…and then on the bottom can keep the address portion on the bottom left as well as the Procedures and Helpful Links, and obviously change the address and name

On the Office tab can we change everything that says Costa Mesa Dental Arts to MacArthur Dental Arts, and instead of Costa Mesa dentist we can say Irvine Dentist then

Lastly the Contact section change to the new address, office hours are the same and email is MacArthurDentalArts@gmail.com and telephone and fax is the same.

Please log into their Godaddy account mentioned below and point that to our server. He wants macarthurdentalart.com to be the main domain and the costamesadentalarts.com to be alias/forwarded.

Also change the main logo to read MacArthur Dental Arts. Replace all references of Costa Mesa Dental Arts with MacArthur Dental Arts. Please always do this with a business name change, thank you!

Olivia, I spoke to Belinda and she stated she sent over some revisions regarding this account. Anyhow, I spoke to Don this morning, we will be doing some marketing for them but I want to make some changes strategically to the site to help with the campaign:
1. Contact Page: Reduce the Map size, making room to add a MAKE an APPT Form. Try to make the current page symmetrical
2. Add a visible/attractive “Schedule an Appt” button below the main menu but above the header image.
