Spoke with Teresa – her office manager – Dr Kogan is still frustrated and Teresa is trying to mediate everything – addressed that she would be the office manager – had questions for me as well – she expressed that she would never give the CC information unless authorized by Dr. Kogan – addressed to her that I would not have access to the updated information otherwise – she had asked to see statistics – will send that over – Dr wants to cancel all services – told Teresa I already cancelled the marketing per my previous conversation earlier today – will confirm with me via email to cancel all services

Dr. Kogan,

Per our conversation, I’ve gone ahead and attached the signed proposal in which you have authorized for the services of a website to be created and Google Adwords ($500/m) to be provided.

As I have addressed, you had given me a call on January 12th 2015 with questions regarding your account and wanting to update your credit card with Chandra. You were then transferred back to me to further discuss your marketing campaign as well as addressing your concerns for improvement. We never updated the credit card there after.

I had then followed up trying to get a hold of you, until I was able to do so on March 2nd, 2015 when I had gotten a hold of your Office Manager who then provided me with the updated card for us to be able to do the marketing for your practice as signed and agreed upon.

As requested, I have gone ahead and paused your online marketing campaign as of today October 26th 2015.

Please do let me know if you have any further questions or need any further clarifications.

Dr. Kogan had called and was upset to see charges on her credit card for $500/m for Google Adwords – asked to see proof and says she had never authorized for it – discussed to her notes and logged/recorded proofs that she had signed and we have provided the services agreed upon – client was upset and said that she would legally dispute the charges – client wishes to stop marketing right away – asked me to send her proofs – said she will call me tomorrow

Dr called this morning – looking for chandra to update credit card – dr transferred back to me regarding her package deal – basically she claimed that I promised her 1st page placement in the email – explained the technical ends of it – which is true, adwords = 1st page, she said she has not received a single patient – found out miscommunication errors – marketing was never set up – website went live in September – she will call me tomorrow – we ended in a peaceful tone – she was never charged for adwords yet – will most likely activate it tomorrow
