Had a very long conversation with Dr. Khan regarding his monthly fees – he pressumed that the website goes live, that’s when we start his 6 months – is requesting for 3 additional months – dr was misunderstanding our policy & my talk with him – would not let me talk as much – tried to explain but he says I am cutting him off – so i let him talk – we worked towards a solution

Spoke with Dr. Khan regarding website – dr just was busy – very nice – said he just had a disconnect when Dawn finished the website & asked doctor to log in to make any further changes – he didnt like that that much – explained to him how our company works in terms of departments & responsibilities – he understood – very nice still – wants me to send him log in for his website – sending email

Dr. Khan called – was a bit upset with the design & how our process worked – a little was more of personal perspectives – for example – he asked about changes in the future to the design and he said that Dawn said “any changes will cost you in the future” – he took that out of perspective and was upset – he called me and spoke to me – I calmed him down – placed things into the right perspective about design process for him – that Dawn didn’t mean to be rude – the way she conveyed it might have not been as smooth as sales would convey it – but she had no bad intentions of being rude – cleared everything up – doctor is happy now

– Dr. Khan called, was upset his website was live with no password protect. I had one on there initially but he was having issues using the editor and was frustrated so I removed it for him. Will add it back on.
-overall was very frustrated with trying to log into the cp initially playing & phone tag. He would always call during lunch and when I call back he wouldn’t call back until a few days later at lunch again.
-reassured him i would but the pw back on and schedule a time good for him to go over everything with the editor.

-Spoke with Greg/paul regarding the design, sent me to http://www.summitsmilesdentistry.com/ and said they wanted a design exactly like this. Told them we cannot duplcate a design but that the draft I had sent them was very similar to this. Also tried to ask for changes to the content part of the website but he was driving to there was some miscommunication on what he was asking for. Asked for me to call him between 2:30-3:00
