They had a lot of email issues before actually. Never a website issue but a lot of email issues since we converted from S21 to 360. They have control of the domain therefore it was hard to move everything over. And when we changed webmail, they didn't want to change therefore caused even more problems. There was no indication that website is going to be switched to new company, his staff did not know. 2015-10-05 | danny.n

Client confirmed that he will send us email when canceling. He requested to get website files but he does not own the website. I will let him know that he currently doesn't have ownership. Let me know if you want me to mention anything prior to sending the email.
Kim Dawson emailed that they are not receiving any emails through any of their boxes. I checked with test emails, so far it shows outgoing working but not incoming. Sent Kim email (kimkdawson@gmail.com) and left message on her cell 985-630-2866 notifying her that we are looking into this.

Emails are in VPS. Please create a Gmail account and forward this to the Gmail as well. Add "send mail as" to their Gmail account.
Notified doctor to cancel current hosting plan within his Godaddy account so that we can move this site to MWP.
EMAIL content: “Every so often, we review all of our website accounts to make sure domains, and other technical items are up-to-date. I noticed that your domain (northlakeendo.com) is attached to a “hosting plan” in your Godaddy account. Because your website is actually with Optimized360, I recommend that you cancel/dettach the hosting account that is connected to your domain. This will enable us to update your website as new upgrades become available.
Dettaching your hosting plan within your Godaddy will not interrupt any services you have with us. It will not effect your website. Please give me a call if you have questions regarding this matter as I strongly encourage it.”
Email addresses have been moved to VPS. Email data was not moved as client is using Gmail. Confirmed that emails are working after the move. Did not need to notify client.
Doctor and staff have had problems logging into their emails as they were accessing an old link. Emails are being loaded into the account throughout the day and have notified Doctor and Christina. Spoke to Christina regarding emails sent to Doctor regarding a DNS change. If nameservers have been updated, then there would be no issues. Offered a solution to transfer domain into our account to prevent future technical issues, if not, than will walk Christina through the process to make DNS change. Also mentioned to do this during off-peak hours to ensure smooth transition.

Deb called and asked for nameservers to input to GoDaddy for emails to work. Emails are in plesk. Provided her with NS1.MEDICALDNS.COM and NS2.MEDICALDNS.COM. She said Dr. Alongi will change it around 4:30PM, her time.

I am having problems getting into my email. Staff is also. The login given by Belinda was for a cosmetic dentist. i figured out to use my web address but it still does not work.
I know my wife began using hers earlier. Her staff said that only one of them can be in the email system at a given time or they automatically get logged off. Is this the way is going to work?
We really need things corrected immediately since we do communicate with patients and doctors through email
