spoke to dr cause wanted to speak to me. Dr was not happy with $99/m from $59. Told him that it was great speaking to him and that its been a long time since we spoke. Dr was a client of ours for over 5 years. Dr was happy to speak to me. Told him that we have not increased our fees since he joined our company and this is due to the many upgrade and features. Gave him an alternative option to simply reduce feature which is the video$20/m bring it down to $79/m. told him alternatively he can put other videos Youtube or other ones he’d like to embed. Dr liked that a lot better.
Chan, please go ahead and reduce the monthly from $99 to $79. Removing the $20/m for videos. Thanks!

Somehow client cancelled a while ago, charges were stopped but nobody notified me. Danny was on phone with client today & he realized that they were supposed to be cancelled. Stopped adwords today
We no longer wish to use RepX as an internet marketing tool for our website and Google reviews.
It looks like once we terminate our business with them, the link which was established to our website and facebook page will be pulled in 30 days.
Our question to you is, how does that impact the existing reviews currently on our website linked thru RepX? Obviously, we do not want to lose them.
Please advise. Thanks!

advised Rosie to copy the reviews from their site so she has a backup. Then contact them to see if you have the rights to the reviews. If so we can create a testimonial page and put those reviews directly on their site.

This is Megan from apex dental care, we had made some changes to the video and we needed it to also be changed on our website. The changes were just the first picture that appears before you hit play, it was changed on yelp. I’m not sure if you were able to get it from them or if you needed me to ask them to send me the new copy of the video.
