I’ve been reaching out to Dr. Chavez her regarding the past due (it has been 3 months and notified them the website would be taken offline). She finally called today and is wanting to discontinue services with us and I explained they can, of course, cancel once the past due balance is paid as they do have ownership.

I explained that they would have to self-host in order to not have the monthly fee and that the website would go down, she was not understanding and then started getting angry, mentioned we have not upheld our end of the bargain when they signed up and started making up accusations for long turnaround times for edits or inability to call in.

Dr. Kathy called and spoke to Michael regarding cancellation while I was in a meeting. Michael stated dr wants to switch hosting cause she’s paying for services she’s not using.

I had called dr back following the meeting trying to address her concerns. Told dr that I would be more than happy to help transfer to her own hosting since it is included within her package. She transferred me to Arlene so I went over with her how the process works. Also brought to her attention how she has to purchase her own hosting and manage everything herself which I soon come to realize she didn’t think it was that difficult but then I found out in detail what their concerns were which are many of the features they already have in the package which is online editor, access to their social media, updates, etc. She seems knew to the office and will be the main point of contact so Arlene stated that they should just stay with us for what they are paying for vs them doing it on their own that will require more work and financial cost. I assured her that I will be the point of contact if they need any immediate changes as long as she lets me know the urgency but our usual time frame is 1-3 business days for general ticket submision. I’ve also changed the email on file to her email so she can do the CP reset password which I have also sent her via email following our convo.

Email past due $99

Client wanted to know how much it would cost to add an image to the flash image. Justin quoted $100 for each additional for $250 to change all the images in the flash

please remove the 3rd picture in the flash rotating picture on the main page of the web site. The one with 6 girls in blue our staff has changed so please remove that picture. Thanks

Community Center information-
Please delete information on Families fit for Life and move them to Medi Spa- Kathy would for people to select from different choices in that area. She would like Tabs for the Families Fit for Life, Medi Spa Services and Metagenics. We will be getting you information on all the tabs. The picture on the Medi Spa if you could please take the picture of the girl on the wall and place it in the middle left and make the picture of her face smaller so we will have room for the new tabs.
