"You will have to log onto www.carecreditpro.com to add the custom apply button that says "Apply Now" under provider resources, provider tools, advertising tool kit, then click banners a choose the appropriate button.

spoke to Jackie. Very nice. Dr Cunha and Emerson asked her to contact us regarding 2 things. 1. Finishing up the Brochure project and also Spokesperson. She stated she had emailed Belinda a few times but no response, was frustrated. i made sure the email she had was correct. Told her i'll transfer her to Rod when we get of the phone which i did to open up the line of communication to finish up the project. Regarding the video, explained to her the legal issues going around with the company involved and how we took it off and/or removed this product to protect our client. She completely understood. I called Jackie, but she was no longer there. The person who answered the phone mentioned that this was a brochure that was included in their package that they never got. He also mentioned that there was a video that they were doing for their offices that was also never finished. Emerson called – had 2 concerns regarding his ranking via adwords – thought 99/m would cover pompano beach dentist and dentist pompano beach – talked to him about his visibility and why it is like that – he complained about 99/m for the website is very unreasonable – will send cancellation form – still has Past Due amount!

Emerson requested his website files emailed to him emerson@blueoceandental.com . Sent a request to frank to email him the files. Also made emerson aware that when he does call in to officiall cancelled, reminded him that we will not be responsible for the website hosting & emails or issues once we take his site offline. Also told him about the $500 resetup fee if he decides to switch back.
Spoke to Emerson, he wasnt aware after I brought to his attention that site will go offline and that he will need to have hosting somewhere else and transfer emails and files over. In meantime, he will want to put the cancellation on hold until he figure out what he wants to do. Complaint was lack of communication which is not true cause of past experience with client (husband: emerson).
Received a fax forwarded from S21 that they wanted to cancel. Notice email and dns is still hosted by us and advise to them to get it situated as a courtesy cause i think they are not aware. waiting for them to get back to me.
