Johanna, can you please do me a favor and email her some promotional ideas so she can add, i had advised her to put a few more targeting other procedures not just In-House insurance and Exam/Cleaning. Also coordinate with design team to add a QUICK CONTACT form on his promotional page. Lastly, please direct her adword to this Promotional page instead of home after this page is revised/updated. She was very upset about the website being down, she said when somebody called to cancel it wasn’t her and she never got a call from us to confirm that she was cancelling. She has been with us for years and we never call her…its only her and her husband managing the practice and we have to one step further to make sure the right person is calling not a competitor messing around.
Adwords: VERY UPSET…she said she asked justin for adwords report when set up, she specified him the promotions she wanted on the ads but they were never applied. I have never received this information, I got her to stay with us a little long and i will personally make sure her promotions are up. Will send doctor an analytics report & work with her to try out new things for a few more weeks.
She requested to speak with Danny because she has talked with Justin many times and things aren’t working.

Spoke with Dr. Tsegay regarding her “cancellation” – she said she never spoke with me last week – said that she loves us and didn’t order a cancellation of the website – she didn’t seem quite shock – she said that someone called her last week saying that they noticed our website is down & they wanted to build a website for her – she called Frank this morning – she wanted to be contacted back on why the website is down – will place website back online.
