had a real long talk with Gary in regards to the performance of his wife Rita’s campaign. Mentioned he used to work with Sean (Dr.F) directly as he managed his campaigns. Told him I will be helping him out with everything Adwords. Walked him through the adwords dashboard to show him what to look for in regards to data performance. Spoke about how 2016 got a lot better results then 2017 in regards to patients coming in. He wants to see what we were doing in 2016 in comparison to 2017 to make sure we optimize accordingly. I told him I would provide him w/ monthly reports on his campaign as well as spending quality time looking over his campaign to monetize what was working during 2016. He will be expecting an email from me on the changes I will be making on the campaign itself. Will keep an open communication with him.

Website was down. The backup we had was incomplete. Contacted Godaddy to have a backup restore on that subscription and put up the html site for now until backup is ready

Client called in regards to the ‘Patient Registration’ button in the left sidebar. She said the button used to link to a page where you would click on the different forms to retrieve it, now it goes back to the old form.

Told client that we are updating their website and moving over to a more secure server. She understands and would like to have the new forms back on the button.

Change the “Fall Special” to “Winter Specials” with snowflakes instead of leaves. Change all the expiration dates to 3/31/15. Then go to the “Promotions” page and change all the expiration dates to 3/31/15.

To whom it may concern:

Can you please remove the forms we have in our Patient Registration section on our website www.clevelanddentistohio.com & replace the forms that are on there with these blank forms that are attached. They are to go in the order, Patient Registration, Medical History, Intake Questionnaire, & then the HIPPA form. Just as it was before but with these blank forms instead.
