1. UNLOCK Domain
2. change email on file to sean@novaadvertising.com (so he can initiate and receive email to approve transfer
3. provide the EPP/Authorization Key to domain
4. If Applicable, provide the Transaction ID
Sean had called requesting to do a domain transfer. I told him to send me an email with his email and we will unlock domain, change email to his, and provide auth key/transaction id. BUT we will only do this once the PAST DUE is situated.
Sean understands and will let Huda know to take care of this.
Sean also understands that once it is transferred, Dr. Cattasfesta will need to call or send me an email to official close out the acct.

Called Huda back per her request. Was very nice, haven’t spoken to her for a long time. Old client since 2007. She was just inquiring an overview of her service with us. Currently talking to a marketing company regarding her keywords not showing and how her site is not mobile-friendly. Stated they ran over 30 keywords and none are on 1st page. Explained to her that every company has some sort of analysis they do and some are valid and some are not which I can take a look at and analyze/fix for her. Explained to her that her site is quite old and that it may needs update to today’s standard. Told her how even if it is updated today, 5 years from now it will change bc the WWW is constantly changing. She didn’t seem to be aware she is on the 1st page for Adwords, which I confirmed that she is #1. Talked about her site being mobile friendly as well too which is not and told her we had sent her a notification in March. Quoted her $1,000 + $29/m. She was overall very nice and was jsut wanting to get an update so she can decide which company. Told her to just send what she has and we will work with her and how we have a history with her vs with a new company she’s not too familiar with. waiting on her email.

Dr. Fahimi, this client’s account stats seems to be extremely low. I had them increase their budget from $99 to $400 early last month. I know they had their campaign paused twice since this year cause of past due but its only been down for a few days.
– the quality score on their landing page is low… do you recommend have more content on the home page? they have good components (promo, contact, about dr, main services) but lacking content.
I’ve been in communication with the office manager so I want to make sure they don’t want to pause it.

Johanna, please increase from $99 to $400/m. Email Huda the list of updated/revised keyword so she can see. Make sure to include the keywords with high search volume. She stated she doesn't see list of main keywords when searching so i assume you revised it to fit within the $99/m budget.
Huda had contacted because they are not seeing the Ad. Explained to her the $99/m budget she had since 2011 and how over the years, more competitors are aware of this Adword Campaign & how effective it is. explained how we made adjustments to her campaign to stay within the $99/m budget hence why certain keywords are restructured to accommodate this. Huda approved over the phone to increase the budget.
Huda called in regards to her keywords. She said that when she would googled their office, they don’t come up or are almost non-existent. I told them they need to raise their marketing budget (from Yutis comment below) and she said they can but she wants to know how much as well as how many more key words they can add.
