Dr was transferred to me from Chandra. Wanted to a refund for the Adwords that was charged 2 days prior to his official cancellation. Explained to dr that we can continue to finish up the biling cycle since it was paid. Our cancellation policy requires phone or email (written notice). Dr understood and stated that the new company is doing marketing and did not want to pay 2 places. Dr will get back to me, in the meantime, we have paused the Adword and closed out the account until further notice (finish up adword campaign for billing cycle).

Doctor called to cancel out account – Danny ok’d to proceed. Please unlock domain and send EPP code to isayeddds@aol.com. A Djdara Jackson may be contacting us from Business Solution to assist with the transfer.

Doctor says his ads are not showing, I checked on the preview tool and he is showing up for his keywords. Please call to discuss 631-758-6689.

It appears after speaking with Danny that the website for whatever reason was down recently because Adwords would notify us

Spoke with Dr. Sayed – had a long & good conversation with him – addressed the issue – told him the solution and placed things into perspective for him regarding website design change, how long he had the website, what other doctors are doing, his promotions, & how to get more google reviews – dr was upset why it is $999 for a design change – told him how it would benefit & is a good investment to convert patients with his marketing – he seemed to understand.

Addressed to him that after he does what I recommend, his next phone call won’t be “I don’t see any results with the marketing” but he will this time say “Justin, I want more patients” and that is where we will increase adwords.

Dr. Sayed called in regards to his marketing. He pays $400 a month but has not seen any results from it (as in getting new patients)
