Sent dr an email offering Dr to stay with us. Seems like he’s been workign with Justin and the issues he’s had was trying to get a hold of me. He was more comfortable working with me in the past since the beginning but I haven’t been available to his needs for other questions, edits, etc. Offered Dr $1,000 to change his design if he stays, told him the reg rate today is $4,000 for new clients. Also showed him some new design concepts of our new clients in the initial design phase so he can see our new designs.

responded back to dr that Chantelle had spoken to justin requesting to take site down and also transfer the domain. Told dr we don't usually recommend cancelling until site is situated on the new hosting then cancel. Asked him what he'd like to do.

UA-61478876-1 was used by another website url to get visitor hits. Cancelled this google analytics account and issued a new UA code for client. IT team swept through the website to ensure that there was no hacking or viruses. The website itself is fine.

Dr. Roshe confirms he does not want to continue Adwords after 1 month. He stated he received no phone call or patients. I’ve tried to let dr know to continue the 2nd month whcih is where the results would review itself.
