Maria called, had originally cancelled web&adwords with us. Tried a new company for Adwords. Wasn’t working and didn’t like how their ad never showed. they stated because they’ve exhausted their daily limit. She wanted to know how we did which I explained and the effectiveness of it. She may want to change the website back to us too but want to do this first. Had the site done via Web.com which she liked cause she can edit herself. She didn’t know she had that capability with us after i explained. She stated she is new and wasn’t the original person. she will talk to dr and get back to me on Friday.

Spoke to Kris who was trying to figure out the site being offline. She’s the new SEO person they hired. Was inquiring about the site ownership. Apparently Milisa didn’t know site was going to go offline if they cancel but I had disclosed this to Milisa. Kris was trying to figure out what to do to get it back online cause they did have good organic ranking which I also advised to Milisa. Kris at this point is trying to figure out how to get the site back online. Told her they can either pay $1,300 for ownership or simply reactivate the account with us and pay for hosting. She was very nice and realized that some company probably tried to pursuade them to go with them. Kris will try to talk to Milisa and explain it is more practical to stay with us and allow her to do SEO if not too late.
