Had a long talk with Dr. Rai. Complaints about the project and being charged for “little” changes that was addressed to Marvin which he was doing his job to verify with me. Dr wanted to move his logo from the banner to above the menu. Dr didn’t understand that these things are design related. Arguing with dr will lead nowhere and dr had threaten to leave a negative review but holding back because of the relation he has with me. For now, we wil make the changes to moving the logo and making a mobile friend version done inhouse. Quote dr but dr got upset which led to nowhere.

He wants his banner “En la espanol” the same font as the blurb. These are images… so do the best you can.

I will forward you artwork for the following pages: “Membership”, “Hours”, “Refer a friend”

Refer a friend should have two images of artwork. He changed the hours so make sure the hours artwork is correct with the changes above.

Was a bit upset, talked to him. Wanted his hours changed and a few things changed around that may require extra charge.

-Moving the Logo to the top left nav bar
-Moving the appointment button to the top right and bigger
-Moving the social buttons onto the banner
-Making text style change to “Futura” (told him we don’t have that font but there is a google font very similar to it to help with page load — again would be extra charge)
*-Adding URL hyperlinks on the banner (top left) to the following pages: Hours, Refer a friend, and Membership club.
-Espanol text to be same text as his welcome text. (should be no charge)

*The entire banner is an image INCLUDING TEXT, so editing it is a pain — but it is more of a development issue. Typically, we should be able to edit the part with his picture through wordpress so if we were to position most of his edits there, it shouldn’t be extra charge. But if he is adamant on having it outside of that area, it will have to be extra charge.

Said his desktop load has good ranking, but his mobile isn’t because he doesn’t have a mobile. He said that his package should have come with a mobile — told him he would have to discuss with Danny.

Asked for Danny to call him on Monday, asked what time would be best and he said to have him just call the office and if he’s in surgery then he’s in surgery.

Added an rearranged his navigation menu for him and added pages.

Overall at the end of the call, client was no longer as upset as he was initially.

Change letters font and change to image instead of text.
