They have 2 domains to transfer

Lela called per Dr. Rayan’s request. He called GoDaddy and they told him he does not own his domain. Dr was upset that he didn’t authorize any transferring out. I explained to her that he owns it, we are just managing it for him so we can take care of hte renewal and technical support. If dr wants to transfer out we definitely can but I will need his Acct id and email to transfer it out in between 2 GoDaddy accts. Lela didn’t seem to understand the transfer process cause it was repeated a few times. She also stated that he had a friend that will be doing SEO for them I am assuming they are going to rebuild their site since my last convo recommended an makeover.

had a long talk with Lela to discuss their current package. They have been a client since 2008. def needs an design change. gave her 2 options for as is and custom from scratch. had questions about hte current fees what is included and why the fee increase from $49 to $78/m. Understood what is included (updates, tech support, page addition, email, etc.) She wanted to have an enewsletter signup on the site which i confirm we can do.
