It looks like adding the new ‘Best of the Woodlands’ logo has changed the layout of the website, could we take away the first two (ie. 2012 and 2013) and just keep the one that has 2012-2014 and the other which says 4 years in a row (2012-2015)?

Please take out older awards on the header and leave the new ones.

It has recently come to my attention that none of my website photos seems to be loading past the welcome page (ie. staff photos, meet the doctor etc…). Do you have any idea why this might be?

– noticed on report, Naveed had the wrong keyword that he was working on “woodland orthodontist”
– had naveed update on his end and continue optimization but on the correct keyword.

SEO was inquiring about SEO. New site is developed already, waiting for his end to get site to go live and cancel with Sesame. Dr stated he use to be on 1st page top 3 organically. I checked and he is current #3 on page 2 for “the woodlands orthodontist”. Told him that SEO is on-going and being on 1st page requires constant optimization so it is evident that Sesame wasn’t doing anything and reason for 1st page was that it wasn’t as competitive as today. Gave him different Level SEO with quote, dr wanted to go with SEO 1. Dr approved via email to start. Will charge $500 today but start optimization in 1 month (next billing cycle)

Laura had called. LM. Called her back, but both she and the dr are with a patient. They are asking about SEO and not seeing their 1st page present anymore for what they are paying monthly. I emailed the dr letting him know about his stats and printscreen of his ad and also explain about it possibly not showing cause it is frequently checked on his computer.

Dr. Williams is interested in knowing more about SEO and marketing. He wants to know how regularly we are watching his website and SEO etc.

Spoke with client today, he is in the middle of canceling with Sesame. He will contact them to unlock the domain to initiate the domain transfer.

I like the design and layout of the website. I’ve already re-worked some of the verbiage to make it a little more my ‘voice’ on the welcome page. There are some things I would like to add and/or change, but am not sure how to do so as I’m really not an expert on web layout. Some of the items are as follows:

1. Welcome Page (homepage)
1) when I view this on my laptop, the testimonial box is on a separate line and it needs to all be on the same line.
2) I would like to see a different font for the ‘services’ list. Maybe make it bold so it stands out more.
3) add a hyper-link to the invisalign’s website (http://www.invisalign.com/why-invisalign/success-stories) so it takes them to that site.
4) add a hyperlink to invisalign teen when it lists invisalign teen (http://www.invisalign.com/teen)
**** for items 3 and 4, would it be better to link to invisalign or create our own pages and have their videos etc… on it. ie. is one better for SEO?
5) Add hyper-link on the phrase itero that takes them here: http://www.itero.com/how-it-works
6) Have meet Dr. Williams take them to a page with information about me, including the video and a family photo which I’ve attached.
7) on the ‘meet our team’ have it go to a page with the staff pictures and the staff bios. Also add at the top the photo of me with the staff. If you need that again I can re-send it.
8) Please delete the second video from the welcome page and all other pages (the one of teeth looking like they are in pain and a guy experiencing pain). Instead have this video available on vimeo from the AAO (I am an active member): http://vimeo.com/40619521 and have this video as well https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cI7NtBYXy0Y (this is currently available on my website if you click on the smartclip image on the homepage. So there will be three videos on the welcome page, my welcom video, the AAO my life my smile and the smartclip animation.
9) the image of the ‘smile confidently for life’- can we zoom out so its not so close up?

2. Office tour page- this page needs all the office tour photos, if you did not receive them all I can send them again.

3. Before and after- teeth crowding is listed twice, and just saying crowding should suffice.

4. Braces page- this should look like the current one I have(http://www.woodlandsortho.com/clarity and )http://www.woodlandsortho.com/smartclip) and link when they click on the ‘innovative braces from the welcome page)

1/8: Emailed client to update him on his website development and see if he wants to migrate any info from his current site. Needed additional time to create the design for this smile gallery artwork.

1/7: Developers delivered developed site. I sent them revisions, job was done sloppily. Emailed Brijesh to let him know that I had issues during development. Things did not meet expectations (reference Amarillo).
