Lisa had called asking about her site being mobile responsive. Confirmed with her that it was not and told her why and she understood. Told her that I will need to consult with our lead designer on teh complexity of the design wheter we can code it or have to redevelop. Lisa was very nice and understood.

Spoke to Sharon at our scheduled phone conference. Sharon wanted to see how they can get more traffic. Discussed increasing adword budget to around $1,000/m (currnetly at $400/m). Showed 1 of her competitors on spyful that they are well over $2,000/m which she felt was ridiculous for their non-competitive are. I brought up that they are prob covering a very large area and also doing other featuers within the adwords such as Retargeting. Told her how that works and that it is an additional $400/m. Also told her about Yahoo & Bing search which is $200/m additional. She will discuss it with the dr and get back to me.

I would like to change the words under the orthodontic picture. The one with the girls in blue and black uniforms. I would like it to say Orthodontic team instead of Orthodontic Assistances. I tried to do this myself and the page would not let me edit the website. Thank you.

I would like to make some other changes to our website.
On our home page, I would like the phone number, address and view map on the left side(all centered) I would like Yorktowne Dental Family Practice larger and in the center of the page and everything else completely to the right(centered). Please remove the logo.
Below are the pictures I would like to add to the slide show and remove the other ones.
I would like the general and cosmetic dentistry change to a different font.

Sharon had called spoke to Catherine, wanted to change design before site going live. Told her that Lisa approved this back in SEpt 2015 and if we were to change it, it will be $2,000 to redo it. She understood that she just hopped on the project per Dr’s request but why we have to charge again. I had encouraged her that this is a very nice design and pointed out the reason why. She asked about the images in the slider, told her it will be about $200 and we can change it based on what type of pics she liked. She will think about it. everything fine with her now.

Frank had fwd an email from Lisa stating they wanted to revamp their site and get more traffic. Lisa called me about 30 mins after (frank probably gave them my number).

I introduced myself to lisa letting her know that I have worked with dr. b for a long time now and is familiar with their account. Lisa was very nice. She also liked to know how to access their acct cause they lost the info. I showed her how to do the LOST PASSWORD from our site.

Also gave her my direct line and email if she needed me in teh future.

Quoted her $2,000 and $3,000 giving her an overview of the 2 options.

She asked to send her info so she and dr can discuss. sent to both email accounts cc’ing her.
