Upon reviewing, I noticed that there’s a large green rectangular box behind the make an appointment cells (please see attached screen shot). Can you please remove this, and check if there’s any information behind behind the box.

For mobile site, please move the blue buttons so they display across bottom of screen when scrolled. They will always be visible while scrolling. Attached image shows how it looks now. Blue buttons are covering too much of mobile site.

I think we should make the following changes:
1. Change out the CTA to read: Contact Us Today! (use support blue)

2. Remove the CTA in footer and relocate the CTA and field to the right hand side to keep consistency.

3. Question – The Contact Us Today page, is that being emailed to Candy to filter?

– Teeth Whitening: add a Schedule an Appointment jotform on this page. Align it to the right of the “you have a lot of choice…” text paragraph.
– Entire Site (need to outsource this chan to rod or marvin): i need to have the button effect on the right side like: http://macarthurdentalarts.com/ – The button will be for G+, FB and Schedule Appointment. This effect will be visible at all times and follows as you scroll. – Task for Brijesh
– Patient Forms page: add a stock photo that would be related to filling out a form. Purpose is to bring a little life to the pages that are just text.
– Reviews: move the testimonial jotform up on the page aligning it to the right of the 1st paragraph. Then all the reviews goes below that row. Lastly, add yelp icon along with the 4 or 5 star yellow icon. This will go below the 1st paragraph.

– Replace/Remove “Dental Care” in the menu. BUT move all the bulleted points on here under Oral Heath so it is a menu under “SERVICES/Oral Health/all the bulleted points”. Same structure as the categorized menu already under Services.
– After the Home menu, add “Our Practice”, with a drop down for “Dr. Clara Nguyen”. Then create a page for the doctor, then add the bio and pic on the home page for her here.
– Also add another page also under this menu call it “Meet the Team” (content/image will come).
– Throw Smile Gallery in the menu so it is under “Services”. Replace Smile Gallery menu with “Reviews”.

Candy had inquired if we have some sort of PT ED Video that automatically plays from a tv in the waiting room for patients.
I showed her our 3D4 Videos which is $250/initial + $20/m and showed examples of our clients having it. Gave her the advantages of this for the treatment coordinator. Told her that i will contact the company to see if they have some sort of media that they are asking for. Will get back to her.
